AERATION: We recommend high traffic area lawns to be aerated once a year (once every two years at the very
least on all lawns).
FERTILIZING: Your grass should be fertilized 4 times per year to have the best results in your lawn but
at the very minimum of twice just to keep your grass healthy.
GRASS HEIGHT: Grass should be cut to a length of about 2 1/2 inches. Lower cuttings allow the
danger of your grass of being burnt from the hotter Summer months. This height is also ideal for a healthy lawn
to retain the proper amounts of water it needs to keep thriving. Grass should never be cut more than 1/3 of it's height for
it's prone to disease.
SEEDING: We recommend that lawns to be continously overseeded throughout the year to promote a
thick & healthy lawn. Remember, thick & health lawns choke out weeds & is in need of minimal maintenance.
WATERING: Your grass NEEDS to be evenly watered twice a week for 15 minutes per watering (3 times a week
in the late July/August months) to promote long root growth which results in a healthier & more hearty lawn.
